These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Reddiscope (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Reddiscope provides tools that analyze publicly available Reddit content to help you understand communities, identify recurring problems and evaluate product opportunities. Insights are generated automatically and are provided for informational purposes only.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled. AI analysis credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it through automated means not provided by us, reselling access without permission, using it to harass or target individual Reddit users, or using it in violation of Reddit's terms or applicable law.

5. Third-party content

Content analyzed by the Service belongs to its respective authors and platforms. Reddiscope is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Reddit, Inc.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by Reddiscope. Reports and exports you generate are yours to use for your own business purposes.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reddiscope will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service before they take effect.
